Chapter 2- Lesson 1 (Pages 52-56)

Today, I introduced the class website to the students. We reviewed the web address, accessibility and what sorts of materials would be on the site.

Also, we began taking notes on Chapter 2. Today's notes focused on pages 52-56 in the text. Important terms discussed were geography, location, appreciate, relative location, absolute location, physical characteristics of land and human characteristics of land. The notes for the day are below and should be copied into the student's geography folder.

Please help your student get their folder set up, if it has not already been done, in the manner outlined in the previous post.
